From the still damp background, I take out, with a dry brush, some leaves; at
the end of this paint taking out; I put a little leaf green on the space where
I want it to appear like greenery shades.

I take, again, some light out of the roses. This consists in cleaning the excess
pigment, making the white background of the paper show up again.

I continue taking out the excess paint, which in fact was placed on purpose, in
order to make the clarity more diffuse.

I detail the flower stems. I still use the ½ inch brush, trying to use it on the
lateral to create line and trace effects.

Again I rework the flowers, emphasizing shades, limits. In stressing a shade next
to a light area of my composition, I bring about an effect of deeper luminosity.
